Please note: If you are a service provider for a participant supported by reSOARces under a Medicaid waiver, opting out of communications may affect your eligibility to continue providing services. Certain messages may be required to ensure compliance with program requirements.

Changes or Modifications to the Privacy Policy

ReSOARces may change its Policy, with or without prior notice to you, in our sole discretion. Changes will be posted to the website.  By continuing to access our website, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Our website may provide links to third-party websites that are not owned or operated by us.  This policy does not cover third-party websites that link to our website or third-party websites to which we provide links.  It is the responsibility of the user to check each website to learn its privacy policy.  Privacy policies may differ significantly.  Other websites may collect and share your personal information.
