Welcome to www.resoarces.com. This website is operated by reSOARces, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting people with disabilities, their families, caregivers, and case managers. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site.

1. Use of Website

  • Your use of this website is conditioned upon you, as the user, complying with the rules of conduct, which follow. 
  • You will not use the website for any unlawful or illegal purpose.  
  • You will not use the website to abuse, harass, threaten, or otherwise violate the rights of others.
  • You will not utilize materials from this website to impersonate any reSOARces staff, board members, representatives, or people served by reSOARces. 
  • You will not contact reSOARces through the website impersonating others.
  • You will not hack the website or otherwise interfere with the operation of this website including servers or networks which the website utilizes. 
  • You will not mine data including routinely downloading and storing the website contents. 
  • You will not copy, reproduce, or sell material from this website without express prior written consent.

5. Messaging

ReSOARces may offer you the option to receive text message reminders related to your continued eligibility to provide Medicaid waiver services.

To opt in, text SOAR to 833-468-3934.

These reminders may include, but are not limited to, due dates for items such as TB screenings, driver’s licenses, vehicle insurance, and training modules.

For each requirement, you may receive up to three (3) automated messages prior to the due date. You can opt out or request assistance at any time by contacting the reSOARces staff member or Community Guide who enrolled you in messaging, or by reaching out to us via our general email or phone number. You may also unsubscribe via text by replying STOP to cancel.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, reSOARces will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of - or inability to use - this website.

7. Account Access 

If any part of our website requires user registration or login, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the website at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to reSOARces or its users.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The “Last Updated” date at the bottom of this page will reflect the date of the most recent changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

12. Mandatory Arbitration 

Any dispute regarding the Terms or the content, services, images, graphics, products or representations provided on or through this Website shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. 

The exclusive venue for any arbitration proceeding shall be Lexington, Kentucky. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Pending the completion of arbitration, reSOARces may seek any interim or preliminary relief necessary to protect its rights or property from any court of competent jurisdiction. Any action related to the Website will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
