Grace Jeter, Executive Director
Grace joined reSOARces in January 2025 as the Executive Director. Grace is a graduate of the University of Kentucky, and holds bachelor’s degrees in Economics and French, as well as a Certificate in Universal Design. She has experience in nonprofit leadership, marketing, state government, and the legal field. Outside of work, Grace enjoys quality time with her husband and their three cats, as well as exploring her community.
Alex Grigsby, Community Guide
Alex joined reSOARces in April 2021 as our very first Community Guide. Alex is a 2015 graduate of Johnson University, with a bachelor’s degree in Counseling. He brings experience in graphic design, management, human services, and leadership. Outside of work, Alex enjoys camping, fishing, hiking, kayaking, traveling, sports, and spending time with his wife, Lindsey, and dog, Millie.
Caeleb Roney, Community Guide
Caeleb joined ReSOARces in June 2023 and brings over five years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. He holds a Master’s in Social Work from Boise State University and is passionate about empowering others to reach their full potential. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and one-year-old son on their farm, where they care for their horses.
Kathleen Baird, Community Guide
Kathleen joined reSOARces in August 2022. She is a graduate of Western Kentucky University with a double major in psychology and sociology, and has done graduate work in mental health counseling. Kathleen enjoys spending time with her two children, family, friends, and pets, as well as helping others, traveling, art, and film. She also really enjoys music and live concerts!
Megan Anderson, Administrative Assistant
Megan joined reSOARces in August 2022. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, watching their three children participate in their extracurricular activities, cuddling on their dogs, and traveling.
